Black spot on leg - Could this be a sign of insulin resistance?
I'm not entirely sure. But I wanted to figure out if it was concerning at all.
About two years ago I had an appointment with a doctor and it was revealed to me that I had a vitamin D deficiency and my a1c levels were around a 5.6
I have not been to one since then (unable to) but I have had neuropathy since then (which has gotten better more recently due to some huge changes in my lifestyle)
I recently just got this mark on my leg and I understand that dark spots appearing on the body are a surefire sign of insulin resistance / diabetes. Should I be concerned with this?
