I have so many from my little blue and white budgies! This one makes the perfect addition to my collection!

Has anyone ever seen a gorgeous budgie, with a cowlick on his chest feathers?! Lmao the super cool thing, is that he can actually lay them down as well.. and they look all neatly placed lol. Then, excitement comes and poof! Up they go! lol! Has anyone else seen this kinda thing?

If anyone looks at my pix or remembers, I have a flock of blue and white lol.. my friend had a bunch of cages to get rid of, and one bird left. So I decided that he might be a good fit for our little flock over here lol his name is Jasper. And this is the first time I've had a yellow and green and also the first time I've had an English budgie. His sounds are so different and really cool! And my other boys are already starting to mimic him lol so everyone, meet Jasper! I am headed over heels already!!
