I am very grateful for any and all help. I am asking for assistance so that I can get the best attorney in my area to fight for custody of my 10 year old son from his abusive mother and step father. I work fulltime and work hard. I have had a lot of issues with my vehicle as well as emergency health problems which has cost a lot of money. I am wanting to now have full custody of my son. He is wanting to come live with me as well. His mother is very emotionally abusive to him and he is now living in a very toxic household. Tennessee almost always favors the mother when it comes to custody unless the father is able to fight using very good legal representation.
