Second Mead Batch Concern
Second attempt at mead. Airlock seems to be inactive, everything is separating. Looks to be a thin layer between honey and the cloudy water, I assume lees. Then I have this white ring that appeared overnight. This all went into the jug Monday. Any confirmation if this is mold (pellicle via the sticky chart) or a form of krausen and what are my options here? Full dump? It looks to match some of the non-infected on the wiki but I'm too inexperienced to be confident.
