Empowered crystals missing!?
I ranked up my mystic and tech collective and I should have got 10 empowered crystals for each of rank ups. I got the benefit of ranking up but I didn't get empowered crystals. I submitted a ticket to kabam, but they told me that I got it. I'm so frustrated 😭. What should I do....?
