I made a mistake didnt write the contract before i started because it was a good friends friend and didnt want to come off as i didnt trust him and push contract in his face but do i have to include my license on only the demo work??

Did some demo work, i have a b-2 license but didnt write a contract bc good friends friend and we verbally agreed, then he started to add more stuff he said i had to do. Do i NEED to write my license to bill for some tile demo work??
