Anyone experienced wood sensitivity after mold exposure?

I had to move out of my previous place because mold made me very sick. I moved to a new place and I have been experiencing health problems again.

In the bedroom there is a loft bed made of birch multiplex and spruce/fir frame and it was treated with linseed oil. It was built two years ago.

Every time I spend some time under or on the loft bed I start having strong symptoms: heaviness breathing, a "chemical" sensation, pulsating guts, which become very active and upset. This is similar to what I experienced with mold.

I am trying to figure out what is causing that because it doesnt happen everywhere in the room, it's just in the loft bed area. The flat has been fully renovated two years ago. I tested the air from VOC, TVOC, PM2.5, PM1.0, PM10, HCHO and all the values are good. In fact, when I spend time in the room outside of the loft bed I don't experience any reactions. Tested humidity, there is no mold. Temperature is fine. It's not the mattress as I sleep well on it somewhere else.

Everything is leading me to think that the loft bed has some kind of material that is triggering these symptoms. Have any of you experience any of this? I would love to figure out what it is.

Does any of you have any experience with birch plywood triggering any sensitivity after mold exposure?

Every time I spend ten minutes under or on the loft bed I start having strong symptoms: heaviness breathing, a "chemical" sensation, pulsating guts, which become very active and upset. This is similar to what I experienced with mold.
