I recently purchased a machine that already had a Nayax reader attached. I’ve created my Nayax account, completed the KYC process, and I’m currently waiting for onboarding approval. I already have access to Core Management and MoMA.

Right now, the reader is showing V00 errors and the machine is stuck on “Cash Only.” I’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps from the Nayax website, customer support articles, and other forums, but nothing has worked so far.

The machine is placed in a busy location, so this has been really frustrating since most people don’t carry cash anymore.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue, or do I simply need to wait until Nayax fully approves and completes the onboarding process?
