im looking to buy a used car in riyadh. i am surprised with the mileages of used cars in saudi! 200,000kms for 5year old cars!! and what's more surprising is that most cars do not have service record history. in my country, 10,000 kms per year is average, and service records are the norms. my question is, is it normal/common for people in saudi NOT to keep service records for their cars?
