Hey so downloaded a tweaked app. It came in a .app. It was inside a Payload folder and from what I've been told I just need to zip the Payload folder and then change it from .zip to .ipa and side load it.

The problem is that when I tried doing that. It seems to side load fine but it's greyed out and won't open. Not sure if I'm doing anything wrong and would love if there's a simple fix for this.
