feeling jumped by the internship market
I’m in school for a BS in Computer Information Systems (4.0 GPA, non-target school) and have 6 years of experience at Apple (retail) operations/admin/tech roles. Graduating next year and i'm just trying to land something.
I’ve applied to 100+ internships across project management, tech/IT, operations, etc. and I've only gotten one interview so far. I know the market is rough, but im graduating next year and loosing hope. Im also based in NYC, which also plays a huge roll in market competition.
If anyone has advice on networking, applications, or just how you finally broke through, I’d really appreciate it!!
