Internship to full time (Avanade)
I’m currently an intern at Avanade expecting to be hired full time by the end of my training. I would start as a L12 (Associate) and was hoping to escalate to L10 (Senior Analyst) in 2-3 years, but I keep seeing people in this sub saying so many bad things about Avanade/Accenture I’m kind of losing hope.
Is it really that bad or are expectations unmanaged? How realistic is my goal?
