Allocation error for 2nd property sale using advanced options
When I try to model a second property sale using the advanced options the software will not save when I try to input the date and % costs for the second sale. It gives an message to correct the allocation error. Also, it shows this second property as "Joint' in ownership which is odd because the entire model is only for me, there is no spouse. If I try to correct the ownership to my name, I get the same message to correct the allocation error. How do I fix this?
