I will preface and say their support is aware and supposedly looking into it. So anywho, a friend mentioned a deal for 1 month of tirz for $129. I browse their site and start my intake, didn’t finish. I received a text message from someone at AltRx asking me questions about what I’m looking for, what’s holding me back from signing up, if I had any questions, blah blah blah. I asked about their pharmacy partners and I explained I DO NOT want B12 specifically. I was told my their rep via text: “Great question! Our pharmacies do offer the option to customize your compounded medications, including the ability to exclude certain additives like B12. When you sign up, just let your provider know about your preferences, and they'll make sure to tailor your treatment to fit your needs. Does that help ease your mind?”
So I did just that. Yesterday, I signed up, paid the $129, put in my intake notes I did not want B12…well guess what I get at 5am this morning. A message from the doctor in the portal prescribing me tirz with B12 while also acknowledging I specifically asked to not get prescribed B12. But then an hour later, I get a notification that the order has shipped and already on the way. Support reached out to me and said I could get B6 instead but why wasn’t that prescribed in the first place by the Dr if he saw I said no B12. So I’ll have tirz with B12 delivered tomorrow when I explicitly asked for something else. Commendable that I’m getting my meds in under 48 hours but I’m highly frustrated and disappointed at this point. I just want a refund.
