If you had to choose between IITM SFP and IAS SRFP, which would you prioritize

I’m a life sciences undergraduate student and wanted some opinions regarding summer research opportunities. Myquals : bsc (hons) life sciences
Suppose someone gets selected for both:
IIT Madras Summer Fellowship Program
IAS SRFP
and has to choose only one.
Which one would you personally prioritize for:
A) research exposure,
B) learning experience,
C) future MS/PhD applications abroad,
D) research profile strength,
E) overall long-term value?
Would IIT Madras Summer Fellowship generally be considered stronger because of the institute and interdisciplinary exposure, or does IAS SRFP carry more research recognition/prestige?
Which is valued more ? Did anyone get into both of them ?
Would really appreciate opinions from people who have experience with either of these programs or research admissions in general.
