Hi all, need opinion!

So i currently live in the US and every month i helped my parents pay off their debt. Pas covid dulu mereka bangun ruko 2 pintu untuk jadiin toko. Tbh i don’t see the future of their business because most of their clients are government people and you know.. they don’t have money anymore. I really don’t want to send 3k usd every month just to own the ruko because i’d rather invest them in ETF and i do no plan to go home. But also it is located in Kalimantan and my parents don’t know how to sell it. The ruko is in good location and i am thinking of finding some agency to help sell it (price around 3 mil or 3.5). Is this the best way to get it sold? Do you guys have any recommendations? Thanks!
