Hello,

I am 31 years old male from Europe, physically fit but emotionally numb from trauma, injustices etc. I can feel blockages of qi in this place where C7-T1 meet in the Da Zhui (GV14). I feel better when I take care of this place so I need more advices how to remove this knob from here? Can I massage it? Or what should I do? I do not have Chinese Medicine near me. I am well educated in Taoism and Qi Gong. Please help me with advice.

What to do for better explosiveness and executions and of course what to avoid doing? Please give me tips for having that executions like the professionals have?
