Question on charging and using Chargepoint account

Hi all. When i leased my Ioniq i got a credit of 300 dollars with Chargepoint to use. When i go to Chargepoint locations, my car wont charge unless i use my Hyundai app and then it charges to my credit card.

When i use the Chargepoint app my car says very loudly not charging. And the machine shows its waiting for my car to accept the connection.

Then i eventually cancel it out and go into Hyundai app and it charges perfectly, but to my credit card.

Does anyone know how i can fix this? The Chargepoint app has all my car details and account is fully set up.
