I'm building an ecommerce store in Australia for DTC, hopefully wholesale hybrid soon after launch, and really struggling to source products from Alibaba. Have spent 2 months and tried 2 manufacturers for samples so far and been really disappointed, not even close to what I need.
Should I use a sourcing/procurement agent? As a startup budgets tight as is and I hadn't allowed for it, was focusing on product and ads.
Time is also a big issue, would have liked to have at least made some progress by now! Competition is really getting ahead of me which is disheartening (niche is still very underserved).
Have you used one? Who would you recommend? Costs?
Product is in auto electronics, similar to reverse camera.
