I am 16 years old, I had started working out when I was 13-14 and I still don’t know mostly anything about working out. I think my gym program sucks and while I was trying to get a new program all of the time I was was never sure on who to listen to and just I just changed gyms after the first year cause their program sucked and this gym had a lot of people. The next year when I was on the new gym I got a program but this year I got an even better one, I dont know what to do or how to approach anything gym related please give me some help. (I am not overweight or anything my goal is hypertrophy I just want to do my exercises right)
