PSLF Buyback option grayed out? Help plz!
I am SO frustrated and confused.
I am at 110/120 payments and have 11 months of forced forebearance for the months of SAVE plan cluster mess where I have confirmed qualifying employment
I FINALLY got the stupid Reconsideration application page to load to apply for Buyback option (which I realize will probably be pointless with processing time, but trying anyway)
BUT when I get to page 2, there are 3 options which include disputing a decision time frame and also PSLF Buyback
When I select the buyback option, the submit button remains greyed out so I cannot submit and says that I need 120 qualifying months to select the buyback option, and if I disagree I need to submit a reconsideration form ...
Like what the literal fffff do you think I'm trying to doooo?
When I select the second option where I input a timeframe, it clearly states that option is not for buyback and not to select it if that's what you're trying to do
What is happeninggggg
