Hey diocese of Portland, while your acolytes are inching along Congress St trying to recruit members into your Jesus cult, the busses are slowed to an almost halt and the rest of us are trying to get to work. Some things should take precedence over your pageantry, such as the preschool children I teach, and the city busses staying reasonably on schedule.
Who decided to spew anti-Black racism at me at 6am this morning, under a post that’s more than a month old. Btw I’m white. I’m just not a willful ignoramus which is why I understand the mechanisms of racism and what terminology within that framework means. In this case, what a Karen is. Honestly, it’s not super hard to not be stupid.
I was surprised and disappointed to see that the All Kind acct interacts positively with Ryan Tinsman on X. I did some digging and saw that they also follow Maine wire and corn poop, who Tinsman has ties to. I’ve asked them about it and haven’t heard back. But to my mind, my findings don’t bode well. Also they use gen ai.

Edit: I personally reached out and asked them their stance on Tinsman and the Maine Wire before making this post and they’ve chosen to ignore me, which sort of tells me all I need to know.
Hello! I’m a skilled dog walker who not only loves every dog as if they were my own, but has trained two rescue dogs who both came with a lot of baggage. My schedule will be opening up in July and I have room for at least two more steady dog walking gigs. My rates are $45/hr and I will get your dog on a good walk, or meet whatever their needs might be. The one caveat is I don’t drive due to a disability, so pups must be on peninsula, or close by. This is more of a suggestion and less of a complaint, but it could definitely be framed as a complaint bc the other Portland posts are getting more frequent & annoying!
This time putting his hands on a senior Black woman as she’s exiting the bus, shoving past her, saying, “Watch it, watch it,” so he can film homeless people doing nothing at the bus stop again. He’s escalating, and this is not okay. I did contact gpmetro about it.
I was the only person out walking about 20 mins ago when this creepy pick up came inching by, super slow, with some dude hanging out the window, leering at me. I’m a smallish woman. He was literally leaning out the window staring at me as they drove by. It takes a lot to creep me out but this made my stomach drop. I walked home fast figuring they’d be back, and sure enough they drove past again, this time a little less slowly. But I decided to record and post them in case they are dangerous. They’re looking for… something. Stay vigilant.
Edit: Of course I knew that posting this to Reddit would incite the incels. I’m leaving it up bc all the tomfoolery in the comments underscores exactly why posts like these need to be made. And for when that truck or its owner are implicated in a violent crime. I was kicking myself for not recording the white man hanging out the window to leer at me, but if you’ve ever been in an unsafe situation like that you understand fight, flight, or freeze. Last night I froze. But always trust your gut! I knew they’d be back looking for me, and I was right. This recording is from the safety of my home, where they couldn’t see me.
