To be honest, I am in a tight situation where the visa officer might deny my application due to my relatives in the United States. My cousin and uncle both live there at different locations in California. My cousin lives in Orange County while my uncle lives in San Diego.
The reason I brought these up is because my cousin will be the one to sponsor and finance my education while I am at the US and I will be living with my uncle for the entire duration of the program. As I have heard, this implies a potential risk of me being tagged as an intending immigrant and would likely have my visa refused.
I will be studying at the University of San Diego and in particular in the Franciscan School of Theology. Do you have any advice on how to strengthen my case so that my visa will be approved?
