AI concept: A drive-on catamaran yacht that uses an EV as its cabin and auxiliary battery

These are AI-generated concept images, not engineering drawings. The idea is a self-propelled catamaran with its own marine battery, while the docked EV serves as the cabin, control interface and auxiliary power source. I refined the design through multiple iterations to preserve door clearance, passenger space and rain protection. Would this concept be technically viable?

My 2020 Chevy Trailblazer has 350,000 km on the original engine—even with a failed turbo since 80,000 km

Hi everyone,

I wanted to share my experience with my 2020 Chevrolet Trailblazer 1.2 Turbo.

Purchase Date: October 2020 (Bought brand new)

Current Mileage: 350,050 km (approx. 217,500 miles)

Usage: Business driving in South Korea

Payload: Carries around 600 kg (1,320 lbs) of cargo almost every working day

The biggest issue I've had was the turbocharger, which failed at around 80,000 km (50,000 miles). I never ended up replacing it. The check engine light has been on ever since, and I've just continued driving it in that condition.

Other than that:

Timing Belt: Replaced the timing belt set at around 200,000 km as preventive maintenance.

Engine & Transmission: Still running on the original engine and transmission.

Suspension: Still on the original suspension mounts.

Engine Reliability: No major mechanical engine failures to report.

I’ve attached a photo of the dashboard showing the 350,050 km odometer and the check engine light.

Has anyone else seen a Trailblazer or any other GM 1.2T reach this kind of mileage on the original engine? I'm really curious if anyone out there has gone even farther!

Thanks!
