How do you get good starting pitchers? I've read that it's very difficult to develop pitchers without crazy TCR luck, and I thought "ehh, it can't be that hard, I'll draft 40/75 college starters in the first round in my first 3 drafts."

As I'm sure you can all guess, those three starters are now 45/45, 50/50, and 50/55. Y'all were right, I was wrong.

So if you aren't drafting and developing pitchers, how are you consistently getting pitching?
