If you ever have the pleasure of hosting a group that plays cachibol. Call off, pull the fire alarm. Do anything to not work.
They are without a doubt the absolute worst group of people I have ever met in my career. Entitled, rude, needy.
Stand in a line of 20 people and 3-4 will try and talk over other people wanting be served first. Like do you not see the other people in front of you.
They will all tell you they are top tier, super shiny member. No you are a basic just like the other members here. Out of the 200+ rooms I only had 3 that were top tier.
Demand extra special services that are not in their contract. Oh we can't just have that meeting room even though we didn't plan or ask for it in advance.
Oh we all want to be on the 1st floor even though during arrival with 45 other guest checking in is the first time we talked about it.
I have never said no more times in my shift. They also really don't like that no is a complete sentence. I told several ok well you are checked in and there are people waiting. You can come back later for further questions.
Literally called customer care multiple times because it was taking to long to get checked in with 3 people working. Again lines of people. I'm so sorry you had to wait your turn.
