best team shared storage solution?
Hello!
I work on creative projects and we always have the same issue: how to store shared data online, without weighing on each individual's storage space.
Example: Google Drive has a great system software-wise, but we hate that it uses each person's space instead of the host's space. We have a main account with 4 TB but every person collaborating won't be able to use this massive amount of space as they will consume their own GBs. Also, if we cancel by mistake any file or if the collaboratos want to free their space, the file won't be recoverable by the host (this is a bummer in situations in which we aren't in contact with a collaborator for months).
Any suggestions? I used Dropbox in the past as well but it has the same issue nowadays, and unfortunately a small NAS is not doable (even though I believe it's the best option).
