Veritone Keeps Landing Real AI Contracts While Nobody Seems To Notice

I’ve been looking deeper into Veritone lately, and honestly I’m surprised more people aren’t paying attention to this company yet.
While the market is completely focused on the mega-cap AI names, Veritone has been quietly building something that actually looks meaningful long term — real enterprise AI solutions, government relationships, and growing adoption across multiple industries.
What caught my attention first was the YoY growth trends in several of their AI-related business areas.
This doesn’t look like a company trying to simply attach “AI” to its name for hype. They already have a functioning ecosystem through aiWARE, and they’re actively deploying AI tools in media, advertising, analytics, public sector, and enterprise environments.
The recent contracts and partnerships are probably the most bullish signal to me.
In this economic environment, companies are cutting unnecessary spending everywhere. So when organizations continue signing deals and expanding AI-related partnerships, I think that says a lot about the actual value customers see in the platform.
A lot of AI companies still operate mostly on future promises.
Veritone already has real customers, real deployments, and recurring business relationships.
That doesn’t mean there aren’t risks.
This is still a volatile small-cap AI company. Profitability remains a concern, growth hasn’t always been perfectly linear, and competition from larger tech companies is obviously a real threat.
But sometimes the biggest opportunities come from companies that already survived the hardest part: proving that customers are actually willing to pay for the technology.
And I think that’s where Veritone becomes interesting.
If enterprise AI adoption continues accelerating over the next few years, smaller companies with existing infrastructure and customer relationships could end up seeing outsized upside compared to what the market currently expects.
Everyone wants to chase the already-obvious AI winners.
But historically, some of the biggest returns came from companies people ignored before the broader market finally noticed them.
Not financial advice obviously, but Veritone feels like one of the more interesting under-the-radar AI plays I’ve seen in a while.
Curious if anyone else here has been following the company closely or has done deeper DD.
