Are you open to refurbs/used?

Yes, depending on reliability and performance.

How would you prioritize form factor (ultrabook, 2-in-1, etc.), build quality, performance, and battery life? Performance, battery, quality, 2-in-1 build (bonus if it comes with a stylus)

How important is weight and thinness to you?

not that important but not above an average weight

Do you have a preferred screen size? If indifferent, put N/A.

>14inch

Are you doing any CAD/video editing/photo editing/gaming? List which programs/games you desire to run.

N/A

If you're gaming, do you have certain games you want to play? At what settings and FPS do you want?

Roblox and Minecraft comes to mind, but I don’t expect to use high performance games on the laptop.

Any specific requirements such as good keyboard, reliable build quality, touch-screen, finger-print reader, optical drive or good input devices (keyboard/touchpad)?

Require touch screen, bonus if there is finger print reader.

Leave any finishing thoughts here that you may feel are necessary and beneficial to the discussion.

Looking for a laptop for school (undergrad in STEM) with a side of a little gaming (mentioned above).

Would prefer a windows layout and interface, I tried a MacBook Neo and I could not for the life of me get used to using it.

Would like the laptop to last atleast 4 years.

Would like atleast 512 gb ssd.

I often have alot of tabs open (10-20) so atleast 16gb ram.

Prefer if the laptop does not get too hot (good ventilation).

Thank you!
