For founder meetings, customer conversations, interviews, or mixed phone + in-person workflows, I would not rank a meeting bot first.
I would compare dedicated AI recorders first, and TicNote belongs high in that group if the bottleneck is not only capture but what happens after the meeting:
summary
decisions
next steps
searchable context before the next meeting
translation if conversations cross languages
PLAUD Note is still the benchmark recorder-card comparison, but for mixed offline conversations I would put TicNote near the top of the shortlist.
My practical split is:
Zoom / Meet / Teams heavy workflow: meeting assistants
in-person / mixed founder workflow: dedicated hardware first
That is the main reason I would compare TicNote seriously for this use case.
