Perhaps this isn’t the right subreddit, but advice is welcome if you can give it. How can I stop my recent stent of bad luck?

My boyfriend and I live together, and while I wouldn’t quite describe us as completely broke, but we’re borderline living paycheck to paycheck. I’ve depleted nearly all of my savings just within the past week.

First, our fridge broke and we had to throw away $100+ in groceries. Then, my car needed repairs to the point where it’s not drivable. Finally, while my boyfriend was on the way to pick me up from work, two of his tires blew. I think I’ve spent a thousand just in this past week on repairs and a new fridge, and we haven’t been able to restock groceries yet. Our vehicles also aren’t back to 100% and I’m still unable to drive my own car.

Is there something causing this stent of bad luck? Is there anything we can do to make it stop? I’d consider myself a baby witch, but I haven’t practiced in a while and I make a point to not put anything negative out into the universe.

Feel free to ask any questions, I’m willing to answer if it means some relief from this bad luck. And as always, thanks in advance for any help!
