Landlord Raising A/C Fee
Landlord is raising A/C fee this year from $250 to $300.
For some context, the landlord covers electricity and I live in a rent controlled apartment. From my understanding, it's legal for them to add a fee if it was in the lease (which it was). What I'm confused about is how to interpret increases. Should this be tied to the yearly increase cap?
