Spread to kidneys?
So at the weekend I had constant burning pain, pretty minor but uncomfortable, and it got worse after urinating. Didn’t go to the doctor, but I have a family member who used to get UTIs frequently, so she gave me some antibiotics she had left, and I’ve been taking them since then (so like 5 days?). The pain went away, but I’ve been feeling a bit bloated. No other symptoms apart from feeling tired. Today I started getting pain under my ribs on the left side, I can feel it sort of mildly across my lower back but mostly concentrated under the rib. It’s like a cramping pain, gets worse and better. It’s only been happening for about an hour but I’m starting to worry, right now it’s bearable but if the pain gets worse I’ll have to go to the doctor. It kind of feels like a bad period cramp, but also the area just feels physically uncomfortable like I am aware of my own body constantly? I’m a bit worried it might’ve spread to my kidneys, but I don’t have any other symptoms like throwing up , fever, or other pain anywhere else. I hate going to the doctors, I tend to not go until I actually feel like I’m dying, but I want to know if anyone else just had the stomach pain, no other symptoms, and it turned out to be a kidney infection
