Hi all. My husband, daughter and I are looking to relocate to the West Palm area. I have family there so we’re pretty locked in on the location.

Can anyone recommend good areas for families with children?

Also, this is our first time buying a house. And we are currently in a different state. Can anyone explain the steps of the home buying process to me like I’m 5?
