So I'm located in central Arkansas and I'm questioning if I'm being paid well or not at my facility. I am a new cna( about 1 month) and I work at an assisted living facility doing night shift 11-7, I have about 25 residents to take care of each night. I get paid 16/hr with no night differential which seems uncommon. Let me know your guys thoughts on this please.
