I've been doing CICO for several months and am now ready to start adding in exercise and strength training, but I have a pretty sensitive stomach and it's really put me off starting any kind of workout.
I've started walking on a walking pad a few times a week (40 - 60 mins each time) which has gone well so far, but I'm nervous to start strength training/workouts because I really hate feeling nauseous and having to quit a workout
Does anyone have suggestions for which ab/core exercises are the most gentle, or variations that can make movements gentler?
