- Ages 10-15.
- Have memorized the flag, symbolism of the flag, greetings, counting to ten, geographical terrain, major landmarks, climates, major cities and their ancient counterparts, ecosystem, ten animals, ten plants, major exports and imports, general history, government, religion, mythology/lore, regions, languages, cultures, global contributions, population, currency, energy and utilities. Some other things.
- As always, they can visually recognize, and know the address and phone number of the US Embassy and Consulate + current travel advisory level.
- The black envelope is their “dip pouch” and holds vital information for each country passed down from us parents or people we know. Real currency is in their currency folder.

- Normally, country units take a week, but Iraq took two because of all the changes in the past couple years. Plus, they lost all interest as soon as I told them ancient Japan was our next destination. That was my bad.
- Every ancient civilization study unit concludes with a modern day study unit.
