With all the new tools coming out and AI native CRM systems I am becoming more and more skeptic. I am in the process of looking into connecting Monday CRM as the main system I use for tracking incoming leads through multiple channels and going through the whole client acquisition process. Mainly to make sure we optimize our conversion, minimize manual data entry, automate outreach, and maintain analytics for whats actually happening in the funnel.
We also want to use some of the marketing features like drip campaigns for existing clients and for those who didnt convert/couldnt reach.
I feel like Monday is a good solution, but I am not sure anymore. Their stock tanked so hard, the whole industry of CRMs is tipping with AI native solutions. I am concerned im making a bad bet on implementing an ''old world'' system that will take long time to put in place and train on, just to learn in 1 year from now that there are way better solutions for fraction of the price.
Can this community help me with their insight on the matter?
This is a clinic and the stack includes Outlook + Ring Central for communications and Monday CRM - for sales and marketing.
