How to invest my entire net worth?
I’m in my late 20s living in the uk, I rent a property, own my car outright and have a fairly stable job earning over 40k a year. Through my own side hustle and inheritance I have found myself with over £150,000. I currently have about £60k in a stocks and shares isa and life time isa, most of this is currently cash as the markets are just super volatile at the moment but I am planning on going back in when things level out a bit more. But this means I’m left with over £100k cash, I’m aware of what an amazing position I find myself in so I really do want to take full advantage and ensure I try to attempt to make the most out of my blessings, but - do I buy a house and renovate and sell? Do I buy a property to rent out ( I’ve heard the horror stories ) , do I put it all into the markets?
I’m sure there are plenty of other options but I basically just want to hear some thoughts and ideas on how I can take full advantage of my situation and try and scale my money. I don’t mind if it’s passive or takes my time, would like to have a bit of a project to focus on
