Thinking of getting into fishing, any tips?
I’ve lived in Encinitas since I was born, and I’ve never seen a fisherman catch anything. I go kayaking once in a while off of moonlight beach. I was wondering if the fishing is any better out there? Can you fish off a kayak around swamis or is it protected? Any helpful websites?
