Hot fix update?

Hii, i havent played hkia since the bug with the seaweed (city town) quest, because im stuck.

Does anyone know if it got fixed by now? I only want to start playing again if the bug got fixed😭 anyone knows about this? And if not, when is it gonna be there finally?

Im not sure if i got it wrong but ive been playing this game for almost a week now, everyone seems to have so many Events going on, not for me tho:/ also i looked in the store if theres an update for this game and i saw this?? Where is this event or any event to find at all😭
