Hi All,

I'm a single adult with 1 depenendant child.

Ive gone sale agreed on a 3 bedroom 1 bath semi-detached house. Very good location. BER rating E1, will need some TLC and has a huge potential for extention.

I had also applied for affordable housing scheme and got approved for a 2 bed, 2 bath semi-detached house. Relatively same size in terms of meter square but again the 3bed has bigger potential for extension. The price difference is 30k and I can actually afford it too.

My question is which should I go for? What would you do in my position?
