Dealing with "inflammation"

I'm 52 and not officially at my 12 month anniversary but feel that its very near.
I'm on E patches & Mirena for HRT for just over 3 years.
Over the past 6-8 months i've had asthma flare up out of pretty much nowhere and am symbicort for that, i've had flare ups of Seborrheic dermatitis in my scalp and now in my nose to mouth lines as well as eczema in my eyelid creases and have lost weight and an mri showed (nothing serious) inflammation in my small bowel (diarhea, loss of appetite & some weight loss were symptoms).
Has anyone had any success in tackling systemic inflammation in menopause?
I'm about to cut out alcohol and will try and cut out biscuits and sugar (the rest of my diet is very good apart from "naughty snacks") and i already weight train and do sufficient cardio.
Any tips gratefully received!

Child actor accommodation & schedule question

Hi. My child has the opportunity to do a TV series being filmed about 3 hours drive from where we live and has asked to be available for a 12 week period. Its a big production company.
Haven't been given any real details from our agent, but from those in the know, would it be reasonable to expect accommodation to be provided? Tutoring? Would we get a schedule of when they would be needed rather than "you need to be available for 12 weeks"? Does filming normally take place on weekends? First time at this for us, so would really appreciate any insights!
