What is the difference between the earlier hospitality shift vs the later hospitality shifts?

Some shifts are 4 hours before the game while the later shifts are assigned for us to stay 2-3 hrs after the game is finished?

Anyone know what the difference is and why such a big gap after the game ends?

I have read the role description, but I'd like to hear about what it all entails from a personal experience! Any info appreciated!
