Recieved a reckless driving ticket in virginia last week, I was trying to pass a truck who's back end kept swirving into my lane. And instantly there was a state trooper behind me, I tried to explain what was going on he didn't want to hear it. He claims I was doing 89 in a 70 I truly don't believe I was, neither did my passenger. Anyways now I need to go to court and it's 6 hours away which sucks but I will if I have to. My concern is the charge I'm a nurse and don't need any criminal charges on my record, this can cause me to lose my job, but also truly cant afford an attorney so any advice would be appreciated. location: Pa
