Do They Sell This Jacket In The Parks?

I was watching a Pugh Two video a couple weeks ago, and I noticed him wearing an Epic Universe jacket that I hadn't seen before in the parks. It looks like a fairly high-quality jacket that I would be able to wear inside and outside the parks. Is this official Universal merch that I can find in the parks/online? If so, where would I be able to buy it?

Side Note: It could also be media-exclusive merch from Epic's blue-carpet opening day.
