Hi, I’m a NRI and looking for some long term investment and I’m thinking to buy a plot. I recently came across a plot near Nandigama bangalore highway and the plot is close to highway. It’s 30min far from Hyderabad airport, is it worth investing in that area? Is it even worth buying a plot now since the INR keeps falling? The price is around 21k per sqyd for the plot I’m interested in.
