I’m researching a startup idea around corporate pressure and loneliness in India.
My theory:
Many people don’t need advice first.
They need a safe place to say the truth without fear of judgment, HR gossip, or workplace consequences.
Idea:
Anonymous 20-minute listening sessions for stressed corporate workers.
Not therapy.
Not emergency care.
Not diagnosis.
Just a confidential first conversation where someone trained listens, helps you organize the pressure, and points you to the right next step if needed.
Questions:
When work pressure gets heavy, who do you actually talk to?
Would you trust an anonymous listening service?
What would make you feel safe using it?
What would make you avoid it?
Would you prefer chat, voice call, or in-person?
Would anonymous reviews and clear privacy rules help?
I’m not selling anything here. Just trying to understand if this problem is real and what trust would require.
