Why don't estate agents call bungalows with a converted loft a dormer bungalow?

My daughter needs a 3 bedroom bungalow. We have been helping her in the search but so many times the bungalow has a converted loft for extra rooms. If you cannot climb stairs a dormer bungalow is useless. In our search more than half have an upstairs and it has wasted many hours of our time.
