I’ve been analyzing the "Marble Music" niche (channels like Marble Blender). They get millions of views using trending, copyrighted hits.
I tried uploading my own version and it was blocked worldwide immediately. This makes me wonder:
• Are they actually monetized? Or does 100% of the ad revenue go to the record labels?
• How do they avoid the block? Do they have special licenses, or is there a trick to the editing/audio to bypass Content ID?
• Is it still viable? It was huge last year, but I’m seeing new videos daily with massive reach.
